Mission Statement
The Mission of the Design Review Board is to work with business owners, citizens and the city to help preserve and enhance the unique and varied community character and architectural styles in our local business districts. The Purpose of the Guidelines is to help create and maintain the attractive nature of Fort Thomas, and to enhance its vitality and continued heritage.
Application
Submittals to the Design Review Board are due on the 1st Tuesday of each month and the meeting is on the 4th Thursday of the month. ‘Certificate of Appropriateness’ application and supporting information can be found under “Forms and Brochures” under the General Services Department” tab
