Riggs Memorial Park

Formerly West Southgate Park, Riggs Memorial Park was named after Mr. Riggs who believed that the kids of the community needed a place to play near the neighborhood. The Park is located at the intersection of West Southgate and Memorial Parkway and features playground equipment and a shelter. It has stunning view of the NKY Water District reservoir across Memorial Parkway.
