The Board of Adjustment  is a group of 7 members that are regulated by KRS 100.217 and evaluate applications for: dimensional variances, conditional uses, changes from one no-conforming use to another, and appeal the decision of the Zoning Administrator

Application

 Submittals to the Board of Adjustment are due on the 1^st  Tuesday of each month and the meeting is on the 4^th Tuesday of the month.  Applications and supporting information can be found under “Forms and Brochures” under the General Services Department” tab
