The Board of Adjustment is a group of 7 members that are regulated by KRS 100.217 and evaluate applications for: dimensional variances, conditional uses, changes from one no-conforming use to another, and appeal the decision of the Zoning Administrator
Application
Submittals to the Board of Adjustment are due on the 1st Tuesday of each month and the meeting is on the 4th Tuesday of the month. Applications and supporting information can be found under “Forms and Brochures” under the General Services Department” tab
