The City of Fort Thomas is looking for a volunteer for the Board of Adjustment.
There are no particular qualifications for Board of Adjustment; simply someone who is willing to review staff prepared documents as it relates to zoning, and make educated decisions compliant with City and State regulations. Ongoing training will be required. BOA has monthly meetings and some level of training and/or preparation.
