The City of Fort Thomas is looking for VOLUNTEERS for multiple Board seats. These boards perform various levels of review on multiple different regulatory matters.
Design Review Board-Applicants should demonstrate interest or experience in architecture, design, real estate, restoration, construction, historic preservation or a similar profession.
Board of Adjustment-There are no particular qualifications for Board of Adjustment; simply someone who is willing to review staff prepared documents as it relates to zoning, and make educated decisions compliant with City and State regulations. Ongoing training will be required.
Both Boards have a monthly meeting and some level of training and/or preparation.
