The City of Fort Thomas is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide comprehensive Human Resources services on a contracted basis.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a contractual relationship with an HR services provider that can serve as an extension of the City’s administrative team and provide ongoing HR support, guidance, and strategic planning.
