FORT THOMAS, KENTUCKY, September 15, 2025 – Independent singer-songwriter and MULTI-PLATINUM star Niko Moon has been announced as the headliner for the 2025 Merchants & Music festival in Fort Thomas, KY, and will be performing on Saturday, September 20 at 9 p.m.
A record-breaking force in Country music, the positive, larger-than-life personality recently delivered his third studio album American Palm on July 18th, 2025. From his Billboard 200-charting 2021 release with smashes like 3X PLATINUM #1 song, “Good Time,” to his 1st independently released album Better Days– Moon continues to create country pop hits that bring a feel-good vibe for all. Bringing this new music and more to the stage, he’s currently touring for his new album which includes hits like “King of the Island”, “Sandcastles”, “Boat Song”, and “I Love This Beach”.
Surpassing over half a BILLION global career streams, he also was named SESAC Songwriter of the Year in 2021 following his first No. 1 hit “Good Time”, which went TRIPLE PLATINUM and is the title track of his debut studio album.
Merchants & Music Festival is Northern Kentucky’s largest music celebration, proudly entering its 21st season this year. Over the years, the festival has hosted an exciting lineup of national headliners including Bret Michaels, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Andrew McMahon, Dustin Lynch, Dylan Scott, and Gabby Barrett.
The event also shines a spotlight on local talent, featuring hometown favorites like Borderline, River City, Tone Yard and Jamison Road.
In addition to a full day of live music starting at 6pm, the festival showcases the region’s best with NKY/Cincinnati food trucks, West Sixth Beer, and a family-friendly kids’ area packed with fun activities beginning at 2pm. Kids can enjoy entertainment from Amazing Giants, face painting, balloon artists, and bouncy houses.
